104 Erindale Road, Balcatta – Project Update June 2019
Since our last update the builder has taken possession of the site and has made good progress despite the terrible weather during June.
The builder’s first priority was to excavate the hole where the two fuel storage tanks were to be buried.
After the fuel tanks were buried the earthworks could be commenced along with the plumbing and electrical pre-lay, and the storm water pits buried.
The footings for the 7-Eleven kiosk were also poured.
Next month the ground slabs will be poured and the tilt up panels will start being erected.
