104 Erindale Road, Balcatta – Project Update May 2019
During May the building tender process was completed and Customised Projects were awarded the building contract.
Customised Projects have previously built a number of 7-Eleven stores so they are well equipped to complete this project on time and to the standard expected by 7-Eleven and Magic Hands Car Wash.
Whilst the building contract negotiations were progressing, the demolition contractor took possession of the site and they have now demolished all of the buildings and handstand, and have handed over the clean site to the builder.
The builder will commence the construction program beginning of June with an anticipated practical completion date in late October 2019.
