121 Bank Street, East Victoria Park – Project Update July 2018
We are pleased to report that construction of the villas has commenced and despite the terrible weather, very good progress has been made. The earthworks and retaining have been completed and stormwater pits installed. The plumbers and electricians have completed their pre-lays and the slabs are currently being poured. Seven of the ten villas’ slabs have been completed, with the remaining to be completed in the coming days. Once completed the slabs will be left to cure for a month before the bricklayers commence.
While the slabs are curing the builder will complete the stormwater drainage, the power and phone run ins and take delivery of the bricks and sand ready for the bricklayers to commence around the end of August.
Construction is on schedule with practical completion anticipated for March next year.
