121 Bank Street, East Victoria Park – Project Update October 2018
Since our last update great progress has been made both externally and internally, with the villas really starting to take shape.
Externally all of the villas have achieved roof cover and 80% of them have now also achieved lock up. The plasterers have also completed rendering the external facades and now the external cladding is also being hung.
Internally the plasterers have completed the white set and the painters have completed their undercoat.
As the villas achieve lock up stage, the tilers and cabinet makers have been able to commence their work. As you will see from the photos the tilers are currently working their way through the villas completing the kitchens, bathrooms and laundries. This tiling should be completed within the fortnight. The cabinet makers have also made good progress with the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry installation.
Construction is currently two weeks ahead of schedule with practical completion now anticipated for late February 2019.
