121 Bank Street, East Victoria Park – Project Update September 2018
The bricklayers did a fantastic job during September with all villas reaching plate height, ahead of schedule. This then permitted the roof carpenters to frame up all of the roofs, with 50% of the villas now with full roof cover with sheeting and gutters installed. The remaining villas will be completed over the next fortnight. The plasterers have also commenced applying the float coat to the external walls.
Internally the electricians and plumbers have commenced their tubing. As those trades complete each villa the plasterers are following behind applying the internal float coat.
Construction is still on schedule with practical completion anticipated for March next year.
