121 Bank Street, East Victoria Park – Project Update February 2018
During February the demolition process continued and the site was completely cleared without incident by the middle of the month.
The project’s focus now is on achieving the required number of pre-sales so construction can commence. With this in mind, some initial site signage has been installed, with more to come next week. The marketing campaign will also be launching this week. I have included some of the marketing material with this month’s photos.
