125 Bank Street – August Update 2022
I’m very pleased to report that the SDA villas (villas 5 to 8) are completed and the first of the tenants would have moved in by the time this report is published. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the build and we are confident the tenants will agree.
As is a constant theme in the building industry right now, villas 1 to 4 have been slightly delayed once again and whilst the builder was aiming for the middle of August for practical completion for those villas it is now looking more likely to be early to mid September.
The last remaining items to be installed in villas 1 to 4 are:
- the timber flooring and carpet (the timber flooring has commenced and should be completed next week);
- the bathroom/ensuite mirrors and shower screens;
- laundry doors;
- door hardware throughout;
- the vehicle and pedestrian gates;
- the landscaping at the front of the property and verge;
- the final fit off by the plumber and electrician, including installation of the electrical appliances; and
- external painting.
