125 Bank Street – July 2021 Update
Despite an unbelievably wet July, good progress was made onsite. Since my last update the stormwater system was completed, the retaining walls erected and the plumbing and electrical pre lays completed. This has allowed for all eight slabs to be formed with half of them having already being poured, and the other half to be completed in the coming days.
I’m very pleased that the builder has managed to stay on program despite the challenging weather.
The focus for August will be to allow the slabs to cure, then load them with bricks before commencing the brickwork. The bricklayers require rain free days to undertake bricklaying so hopefully we will get a reprieve from the rain soon.
