125 Bank Street – June Update 2022
I’m pleased to report that good progress was made during June with the following works either completed or commenced:
Villas 1 to 4:
- Roof cover was completed on villas 1 and 3.
- The white set has been applied to the internal walls of all four villas.
- The installation of the cabinetry has commenced in villa 1.
- Tiling of the wet areas has commenced.
- The garage floors in all four villas were poured.
- Hanging of the front doors has commenced which will allow lockup to be achieved.
- The hot water systems were installed.
Villas 5 to 8:
- All of the cabinetry has been installed, with only a few minor items still outstanding.
- All of the courtyards have been paved.
- All of the tiling has been completed.
- The hot water systems were installed.
- The electrical distribution boards were installed.
The builder is aiming to achieve practical completion on villas 5 to 8 by the middle of July and villas 1 to 4 by the middle of August.
The staggered practical completion will allow Rocky Bay to access villas 5 to 8 and commence their fitout which is scheduled to take 4 weeks. This will then allow the entire site to be completed by the middle of August.
