125 Bank Street – March Update 2022
Six of the eight villas now have their roof framing complete, with only villas 1 and 3 remaining. With the roof framing complete this has allowed villas 5 and 7 to have their roof sheeted, with villas 6 and 8 to be sheeted next.
Internally the electricians have commenced running their data and electrical cables. The installation of the pipework for the sprinkler system is also well underway in villas 5 to 8. The mechanical contractor has also commenced installing some of the mechanical services.
Finally, all of the window frames have now been installed, the rendering of the external brickwork has commenced and all of the metalwork has been erected for the outdoor patios.
The focus next month will be to complete the roof framing for the last two villas, complete the remaining roof sheeting and continue the installation of the services internally.
The builder is still aiming for a mid to late June practical completion date.
