125 Bank Street – November Update 2021
The weather has finally cleared and the sunny days throughout November allowed the bricklayers to complete villas 5, 3 and 1. The bricklayers have now finished all eight villas.
I mentioned last month that the builder had not been able to secure a roof carpenter and unfortunately that predicament continued throughout the majority of November. However, we are pleased to report that the builder was finally able to secure a team and have commenced on 29 November.
The focus for December will be for the roof carpenter to frame up all eight villas.
Due to the issues with the roof carpenter, the builder’s program has slipped further with them now aiming for practical completion towards the middle of April.
