125 Bank Street – September Update 2021
Thankfully the rain receded somewhat throughout September, which has allowed the bricklayers to make reasonable progress with constructing the Villa’s walls. Villas 8 and 6 have been completed and good progress has been made on Villa 4. Once Villa 4 is completed, the bricklayers will then move onto Villa 2, followed by 7, 5 and 3.
Next month the bricklayers will continue with the remaining Villas and the roof carpenters will commence with the roof frames. They will start at Villa 8 and follow on behind the bricklayers.
Due to the extensive rain delays that the builder has experienced over the last few months, it is now likely that they won’t achieve practical completion until the middle of March next year.
