Q: How did you find the overall process from sale to moving in?
I found Celsius was very helpful and easy to work with. I lived in Swan Valley on a large block and I was always nervous about moving in to an apartment but Celsius gave me plenty of choice for the floorboards, kitchen and bathroom. Buying off-the-plan was good for me as I like the choice to help design my apartment.
Q: Would you recommend this apartment to friends and family?
Yes, definitely. I would even like my kids to buy an apartment here.
Q: Services and key point of difference. What are the best features of your new Celsius home?
I really like the location and you have the best butcher, Coles and boutique shops are right here. It’s also good not having to look for car parking!
The finish is very high quality – seriously, if you just look at the kitchen and bathroom you can see the quality.
I also like how they don’t include things like pool, gym because I don’t use that and seems like a waste of money and means I have to pay higher strata fees. If I want to join a gym there’s one down the road and also a pool.
The best result I got was when the bank valued this apartment at the price I bought it, 2 years ago so that was another good thing!
Q: Did you look at other developments in the area?
I looked at a few in Northbridge and Mt Lawley but I knew this was the right choice. The quality was just better, the plans and designs I just knew were good as I have built a few houses before. Even my son, who works in the building industry knew the quality was really good.
