39 Wicca Street, Rivervale – Project Update April 2019
Due to the extended Easter and Anzac Day break progress on site was a little slower than normal.
At the end of last month the bricklayers only had villa 2 to complete, which they completed earlier in the month.
The form workers then commenced forming up the stairs and first floor slab for the two rear townhouses.
The form work is nearly completed and the slabs will be poured next week.
The slabs will then need to cure before the bricklayers can commence the first floor walls.
While those slabs are curing the roof carpenters will commence on villa 1 and 2.
