Good progress was made during the month.
The plumbers and electricians completed chasing in their conduits and pipes throughout the development and the internal float coat and white set was applied to both of the villas and the first floors of the townhouses.
The ceilings and cornices were also hung in both villas and the first floor of the townhouses.
Both villas achieved lock up.
Externally all of the rendering has also been completed.
The focus during September will be to complete the internal float, white set, ceilings and cornices to the remaining portions of the development and achieve lock up of the townhouses. Then the tilers will start tiling the wet areas.
