39 Wicca Street, Rivervale – Project Update June 2019
Perth endured it’s wettest June since 2005 and as such progress on site was slower than we anticipated.
The builder’s focus for June was for the bricklayers to lay the first floor walls of the two townhouses.
Unfortunately bricklayers are not able to lay bricks during wet weather and although they made good progress, considering the number of wet days we experienced, they are now slightly behind schedule.
The builder’s focus for July will be to complete the first floor walls, frame up the roofs and then hopefully sheet them.
