4 Downey Drive, Manning – Project Update October 2018
Since our last update the floorboards and carpets were laid and the landscaping completed.
The builder then rectified any items on their snag list, before undertaking a final clean and handing over the site on 18th October.
This early handover meant practical completion was achieved one month ahead of schedule.
We are extremely pleased with the completed project. Not only does it look amazing, but all of the townhouses and apartments are very thought-out and functional.
Attached to this update are a selection of photos from the development’s marketing campaign.
We would like to thank our builder, Ventura ID, for a smooth and speedy build and building’s designer, Broadview Design, for a very contemporary and appealing design.
The development is currently open for inspection by prospective buyers and the feedback so far has been extremely positive.
