45 Halley Street, Innaloo – Project Update October 2016
Good progress has been made on site this month at 45 Halley Street. The brickwork to all units is now complete and roof cover has been achieved on the rear two units.
The timber roof frames are complete to the front two villas and we expect roof cover will be complete by next Tuesday.
The electrical tube-outs are now complete in all units and the plumbing tube-outs will also be completed by the weekend. The plasterer will also commence the internal float next week.
We remain on track to have the building completed by April next year, but we will update you as the project progresses, should you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call.
