4 Downey Drive, Manning – Project Update September 2018
The builder continued to make great progress during September and is now aiming to achieve practical completion at the start of November, one month ahead of schedule.
The first two weeks of September were dedicated to the painters completing all of their painting both internally and externally. Once the internal painting was completed all of the kitchen appliances were installed.
The electricians have also nearly completed their fit offs with all internal and external lights hung, light switches installed, appliances wired and they are currently installing the main site switchboard. The plumbers have also installed the hot water systems and fitted off the tap ware, toilets and showers.
Externally the pavers have completed all of the paving.
Starting next week the floorboards and carpets will be laid and a week after next, the landscaping will commence. The builder will then spend the last week in October completing their snag list before undertaking a full site clean ready for practical completion.
