45 Halley Street, Innaloo – Project Update March 2017
We are pleased to report that excellent progress has been made on site at 45 Halley Street and the building is on track for completion at the end of March.
All paving is now completed in the driveway and courtyards. Fencing infill panels will be installed next week along with the site landscaping. Internally the units are almost complete.
All that remains to finish the units off is for the floor coverings to be installed and the electrical appliances to be installed and fitted off. Once this is complete the Builder will carry out their final testing and complete the site clean. All owners will be invited to complete their final inspections in the next week in preparation for handover of keys at the end of the month.
