I found it really accommodating from the very beginning. I noticed the signage for the development before it actually went to market. I contacted the sales agent as soon as I saw it, and we literally met within a few days. Jane explained the plans hadn’t been finalised, but I was very eager and we moved things along quickly. We met on Angove St for coffee and she showed me rough plans, which weren’t finalised yet but I grew up in the area and just the lifestyle, social life, work and the convenience made it an easy choice!

I think I’ve got the best apartment in this complex, I initially went for the 2nd floor with a similar layout but contemplated between courtyard or balcony but for future investment, the likelihood of a tenant would be more appealing for entertaining, having a garden, and easy access off the street for entry. I also think it’s the biggest floorplan in the complex.

The apartment also feels very secured, even being on the ground floor I feel very safe.

The development really appealed to me. The location, proximity to shops, bus stop and work made it very easy plus the social life of Mt Lawley and Leederville.
