37 Sackville Terrace, Scarborough – Project Update July 2017
Good progress is being made on site at Sackville Terrace as construction moves into its final phase. Internally, work has commenced on installation of the joinery.
All bathroom tiling is complete, bathroom cabinets are installed and walls have been painted. Work has commenced on the kitchen cabinets and floor tiling to the living areas has also commenced. Once cabinets are installed, work will commence on the final plumbing and electrical fitouts.
Externally the feature stone cladding has now been fitted to each unit and the walls are ready for their final paint. We remain on track for completion in late September, if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to call.
