650 Albany Hwy, Victoria Park – Project Update September 2017
We are very pleased to announce that demolition is now almost complete at 650 Albany Highway in Victoria Park.
PACT have been appointed as the builder for this exciting project and they will be commencing with the forward works on site next month.
The site has a significant basement carpark so the initial works will involve bulk excavation and a diversion of the existing sewer line that runs through the site. Once this is complete, they will pour the footings and commence construction of the basement walls.
