Anzac Road, Mount Hawthorn – October Update 2020
During the month of October, the builder managed to complete the last outstanding sections of cladding which then allowed the painters to paint the cladding and the plumbers to hang the downpipes.
Those outstanding items were the final tasks required to be completed before the scaffolding could be dropped. Now that the scaffolding has been dropped, we are starting to get a real sense of how the townhouses will present once completed, and they look fantastic.
Internally the bulkheads were gyprocked, skirting boards and cornices installed, and ceilings painted. The waterproofing and tiling to the wet areas has also commenced and some of the vanities have been installed.
