What better way to find out what a fantastic apartment in a great location has to offer than to move in and enjoy it for yourself! Well that’s exactly what I did before launching this private, quiet apartment on the door step to everything North Perth has to offer for sale.

Tenpin bowling at the Rosemount, a fabulous meal at Orange Chilli, take away from Wrap n Rice Thai and of course morning coffee and the occasional breakfast from Fiorentina made up my weeks dining. With all that eating some exercise was definitely required so I put on my joggers and headed down Fitzgerald Street. Within 20 minutes I was crawling up Mount Street and into Kings Park, whilst my return took me along the foreshore through Yagan Sqaure, around Hyde Park and before I knew it I was home again! Seriously this location is a dream for enjoying everything our newly vibrant city and surrounding suburbs has to offer.

With so much on offer on the doorstep to your new home it’s hard to know whether you will have a chance to spend any time inside…. however just in case…
