October 2022 Celsius Land Project Update
October has been another busy month for Celsius Land managing our investors’ projects.
During the month Celsius commenced taking registrations of interest for our Piara Waters project leading up to a land release around June next year. Celsius has completed a soft marketing launch with a sign on Warton Road being the only source of inquiry. We have been encouraged by the amount of enquiry we have received from this sign. Works on this project are due to commence in the first quarter of 2023. We have received sound interest from earthworks contractors and hope this is a sign that some cost pressures in the construction industry may ease in 2023.
In Champion Lakes we are continuing to work through the Local Structure Plan and subdivision approvals with the Department of Planning Lands and Heritage. Consideration will be given to tendering these works following a market review in early 2023.
In Exmouth the development of 24 villas and townhouses is continuing at a fast pace. Following works commencing in July 2022, some of the villas now have roofs on with gyprocking and tiling now underway internally. A recent photo of the site is included below.
