Elysian – 385 Rokeby Road, Subiaco – November 2022
Construction of the basement is progressing well at Elysian Subiaco. Bulk excavation is now underway with approximately one quarter of the required soil now being removed from site. Installation of the temporary anchors will commence this week with 102 anchors to be installed around the site. The anchors vary in length from 6m to 8m and will provide structural support for the basement walls until the basement and ground floor slabs are poured and providing bracing for the walls. Our sales team have been completing purchaser colour selections and upgrades over the last three weeks and we will be looking to finalise all selections in the coming weeks to allow early procurement of materials and appliances.
