Elysian – 385 Rokeby Road, Subiaco – February 2024
It’s pleasing to see the 1st floor apartments starting to take shape. Every apartment on the 1st floor has their kitchen cabinets installed, the wet areas waterproofed and the majority of the bathroom and ensuite cabinets also installed. The walls and ceilings have also now had two coats of paint. The electricians have cut the downlight locations and will hopefully begin fitting off the lights and power points during March. The plumber will also commence their fit off during March.
The 2nd floor’s kitchens have been delivered to site and are currently being installed. The apartments have received their first coat of paint and the waterproofing will commence shortly, with the bathroom and ensuite installation to occur shortly afterwards.
The 3rd and 4th floors are progressing closely behind the lower levels.
The 5th floor has seen a massive transformation from last month’s update with the structural steel for the building’s roof now erected. Sheeting of the roof will commence next month. As soon as the roof is sheeted then the erection of the internal walls can commence.
I have also included a photo from the 5th floor residents’ lounge which shows the spectacular views out to the West.
Externally, construction of the planter boxes continues, the rendering of the building has commenced and the painting of the southern elevation is nearing completion.
I look forward to updating you next month, but should you have any queries or would like to enquire about one of the unsold apartments please feel free to contact me on (08) 6144 0700 or 0451 533 440.
Regards,
