Elysian November Project Update
I’m very pleased to report that we anticipate the builder will achieve practical completion during the first week of December. As soon as practical completion is achieved, and the titles are issued by Landgate, owners will be able to settle on their apartments and begin to move in.
During November we applied for, and received, the occupancy permit from the City of Subiaco. The occupancy permit confirms the building has been constructed in accordance with the approved building plans and that the building is now safe to be occupied by residents. The occupancy permit is a prerequisite for lodging with Landgate for the new titles. Based on Landgate’s current estimated processing times we are expecting titles to issue within the first week of December. We anticipate that the first owners will begin moving into the building on the 9 December 2024.
Despite the building’s completion being slightly delayed, we are extremely proud of what the design and construction teams have managed to achieve in what continues to be a very difficult construction market. I’m sure everyone will agree that the building’s façade looks fantastic and the feedback we’ve received from buyers who have inspected their apartments confirms they are equally pleased with the internal finish too.
We would like to thank our architect, MJA Studio and builder, BGC Construction, and all of our other consultants and engineers for assisting us in producing such a fantastic development.
We look forward to the buyers moving into their new homes in the coming weeks and no doubt they will be as pleased as we are.
