Almond Lane, Ardross – Project Update January 2017
We are pleased to report the building is now quickly nearing completion. A lot of work has been taking place on site over the last month as the finishing touches are added to the building.
Internally the carpets and floorboards have been installed, the mechanical contractor has fitted off the air conditioning and the electrician has completed the electrical fit-off. Western Power have now activated the main site switch board and permanent power is now live to the site. The painters have been completing all the internal touch-ups and are now finishing the external paintwork to the development. All paving has been laid and the Landscape contractor is on site today completing the landscaping.
The gates and garage doors are due to be installed later this week and the cleaners will then commence the final clean on Tuesday next week. We will be inviting all purchasers to complete their inspections on the week commencing the 13th of February. Regarding the issue of titles, all documents have now been lodged with Landgate. The normal processing time for titles is 4-6 weeks so at this stage we are hoping to have titles issued by the end of February with settlements to take place in the 3 weeks following. We will continue to update buyers with progress in this regard.
