Almond Lane, Ardross – Project Update September 2016
Excellent progress is being made on site at Almond Lane. Internally, all cabinet work has been fitted to the rear apartments which are now ready for the stone benchtops to be installed.
All ceilings are complete with cornices installed and work will commence on the painting of ceilings this week. In the front Townhouses, all tiling is now complete as well as ceilings and cornices, the cabinetwork installation will commence next week.
The persistent wet weather experienced in Perth this year has slowed progress on the external works as it has been difficult to complete the render on the external brickwork. We are hoping a return to the usual Perth Spring weather is not far away which will allow us to get back on program for the external works.
At this stage we are still looking at having the building completed by January, but I will update you as the project progresses.
