Anzac Road, Mount Hawthorn – August Update 2020
The focus during August was to complete the roof cover for all 6 townhouses. I’m pleased to report that this has now been achieved, including all gutters and flashings. The first floor external rendering was also completed and the mechanical install commenced.
The builder’s focus has now turned to making the townhouses watertight and achieving lock up so works can commence on the inside of the townhouses. This process has already commenced with the sliding doors and the windows being installed into the first level of all of the townhouses.
