Anzac Road, Mount Hawthorn – January Update 2021
Good progress has been made since our last update with now only a few remaining items to be completed before the townhouses will reach practical completion.
Internally, everything has been completed except for some painting and the flooring to be laid. The painters are finishing off the last few remaining areas and then the flooring will commence next week.
Externally, everything has been completed except for the paving, driveway, bin store, crossover and the gates are yet to be hung. The Owner will be completing the landscaping after handover.
The builder is aiming to reach practical completion around mid-February.
