August 2023 Celsius Land Update

Project Updates

At Lot 102 Arabian Court, Champion Lakes detailed engineering design is currently underway.  The Local Development Plan and tree retention plan is also progressing.

At Jayes Road, Piara Waters, the stage 1 earthworks are being finalised with practical completion now expected in early September.    Negotiations are continuing with the lowest tenderers for the stage 1 civil works with an appointment expected to be made in early September.   Marketing and sales preparation is continuing for a sales launch in October.  Enquiry has been sound with over 200 registrations of interest to date.

The apartments at 21 Cooyou Close, Exmouth are complete with the exception of balustrading to the upstairs apartments which are due to be installed by the end of August 19 of the 24 units are now occupied by PHI Aviation with the final five units due for occupancy in early September.

In Dunsborough East, Celsius is working with neighbouring landowners and is finalising the preparation of an initial concept plan.  Further consultation on this concept plan is due to take place with key stakeholders in mid to late September.

Recent releases of new developments in Piara Waters and Harrisdale have reported strong sales.  More broadly the land market remains sound with most developers reporting reasonable enquiry levels and sales.
