August 2024 Celsius Land Update
Project Update – Jayes Road, Piara Waters
Construction of civil works in stage 2 is progressing well with earthworks complete and retaining walls, noise walls and sewer well underway. Completion of stage 2 is due in mid September. Landscaping of the stage 1 park is underway with completion due November this year. Stage 2A (14 lots) was released for sale on 28 June with all 14 lots sold. Stage 2B (13 lots) was released for sale on 26 July 2024 with many expressions of interest received to date. Project Update – Lot 102 Arabian Court, Champion Lakes
Construction works commenced on Stage 1 (54 lots) on 29 July 2024. These works are due for completion in February 2025. Marketing and sales work is continuing with the first sales release expected in September / October this year.
Celsius Land is also continuing the project management of land developments in Quindalup and Exmouth; which are both in the town planning phase of development.
