121 Bank Street, East Victoria Park – Project Update November 2017
Since the development application was submitted to Council for assessment at the end of September we have received feedback from the Council requesting a number of amendments to the development’s design. Whilst the majority of the amendments were minor, one in particular resulted in one of the villas being completely redesigned.
We have worked hard with our builder and designer to quickly incorporate the required amendments and the updated plans have been re-submitted to the Council for further assessment. The Council have informed us that they are aiming to have a final decision on the development application by mid to late December.
Whilst the marketing campaign has been delayed slightly due to the Council requested amendments, good progress has still been made. The 3D marketing pictures are nearly finalised and a selection of them have been included in this update. We are extremely pleased with how the villas are looking, both externally and internally, and are confident they will appeal to a range of buyers when released to the market.
