We are pleased to announce that the tender process has been completed and Ventura Id has been selected as the builder for the development.
Since Ventura Id’s appointment, we have been working closely with them to finalise the architectural plans ready for the development application. We are aiming to have the plans submitted to the Town of Victoria Park for assessment by early next week, after which the 60 day assessment period will commence.
In addition, we are continuing to work with Celsius Property to develop the marketing plan with the target of a mid October marketing launch.
