Brandi-Lee makes The Fitz North Perth her new home!
Brandi-Lee knew she had to get into the property market but didn’t know where to start. After her first meeting with Richard Pappas, she felt more equipped and confident to make the right decisions in buying an apartment. Here’s what she had to say about the whole experience.
Q: How did you find the overall process from sale to moving in?
Excellent, Being a FHOG was very daunting with so many options and apartments available. Location near the city was important to me and the type of development. I didn’t want the resort-style living as I didn’t want to pay big strata-fees. Once I made a shortlist, I met with Richard Pappas at the Celsius Vic Park office and I was blown away by the presentation. He went through 5 projects available at that time and provided all information including stamp duty, whether to choose a 1 or 2 bedroom and even possible savings on the type of loan.
The finish and quality of The Fitz suited me, I went to another sales office display after my meeting with Richard and was disappointed at the service and information given. Richard really set the benchmark and from here onwards he made it easy for me as I was time-poor.
He then took the time to show me 2 developments and gave me the information to make my own decision.
Finance was very flexible as they were able to cater for my circumstances. Donna (Celsius Finance) was amazing, to buy a house was so daunting and she did everything, did all the leg-work, gave me all the info and it was very explanatory and really easy to understand all the financial side of the transaction. I also got a great rate without even talking to the bank and it seemed so seamless and easy.
The handover was again very smooth, Celsius made the admin and paperwork process seem effortless.
Q: What are the best features of your new Celsius home?
I wanted low density and I didn’t want a resort-style apartment so The Fitz was perfect. I was also after a spacious 1 bedroom and the other competitors seemed a little smaller in size. Understanding architecture and how to compare sizing was another great advice given to me. Knowing the difference between internal (strata) wall measurements.
The balcony size is massive, and I like the finishing of the apartment with quality bench tops and ducted A/C. The optional upgrade of the flooring was also well priced and added to the overall quality of the apartment.
Overall, a great experience from start to finish, cannot be more impressed with the quality and service from Celsius!
