Project Update – Jayes Road, Piara Waters
Landscaping of the Stage 2 public open space is well progressed and due for completion in April 2025. Three lots still remain for sale within the development.
Project Update – Lot 102 Arabian Court and 356 Lake Road, Champion Lakes
Construction works in Stage 1 (54 lots) are now expected to be completed at the end of March 2025. 53 of the 54 lots have been released for sale, with 38 of these lots currently under contract. Landscaping of the park will be completed following completion of the civil works. A subdivision application for Stage 2 was lodged with the Department of Planning in January 2025 with construction expected to commence in July / August.

Project Update – Regional Projects
Celsius is also continuing to work on the town planning for the development of Superlot D in Exmouth. A planning scheme amendment to rezone the land to Urban Development is currently being advertised by the Shire of Exmouth with details available at the following link https://www.exmouth.wa.gov.au/publicnotices/local-planning-scheme-4-amendment-13-available-for-inspection-standard-amendment/220. A subdivision application to develop the land is being finalised with lodgement now expected in March 2025.
In Quindalup, the Dunsborough East Local Structure Plan and the Dunsborough East Town Planning Scheme Amendment to rezone this area to Urban Development were submitted to the City of Busselton in November 2024. Discussions with the City of Busselton and Department of Planning are ongoing in regard to the advertising of these documents.
