Celsius Land in September
During September Celsius Land continued to explore regional opportunities with road / air trips to both the south-west and north-west of the State. These trips provided interesting insights into some of the challenges facing our towns including a shortage of accommodation and workers. It also highlighted again that Covid-19 impacts every business differently, with the current economic and policy settings being positive for some businesses whilst being a significant detriment to others.
During the month we progressed negotiations on a number of properties and are confident of soon entering due diligence on our first project. Should this acquisition be successful it will be an exciting investment opportunity in the coming months.
Celsius Land is also acting as project manager for a portfolio of lifestyle villages planned for construction in 2021 and is actively pursuing other development management opportunities.
