Celsius Land – October Update
Project Update – Jayes Road, Piara Waters
Construction of civil works in Stage 2 was completed in October with titles issuing on 16 October 2024. With settlements commencing from 7 November 2024; investors in the project will start to receive their first returns soon after this. There were 7 sales during the month of October with 9 lots remaining for sale before the project is sold out. Landscaping works are continuing with Stage 1 now due for completion in December 2024 and Stage 2 in February 2025.
Project Update – Lot 102 Arabian Court, Champion Lakes
Construction works are underway in Stage 1 with the earthworks complete and sewer works well underway. 29 lots in Stage 1 were released for sale in October 2024 with 21 lots sold to date. The next sales release is expected to be held in mid November 2024. The landscape design for the park was finalised and submitted to the City of Armadale during October.

Project Update – Regional Projects
On 11 October 2024 the Property Council held their awards with 21 Cooyou Close, Exmouth being awarded Best Regional Project in Western Australia. Celsius is proud to have worked with the Fowler Group on the delivery of this project. Plus Architecture, DLR Building Co and a wonderful team of consultants were integral to achieving this award.
Celsius is also continuing to work on the town planning for the development of Superlot D, within the Exmouth marina precinct, on behalf of the Fowler Group.
In Quindalup Celsius is again working on behalf of the Fowler Group to prepare and submit a structure plan for the Dunsborough East Urban Expansion area. This work is being carried out together with two other developers, M Group and Aigle Royal. Preparation is well progressed and is expected to be submitted to the City of Busselton in late 2024.
