Celsius success built on our team

Having recently ticked over 21 years with the same organisation I joined as a junior sales agent, I have reflected on our team and in particular the longevity and loyalty we have been fortunate to foster. I am immensely proud of the fact that 12 of our 22 staff have been with us for over 10 years with a further 3 longer than 5 years.

 

This morning I was interviewing for a new Property Management Assistant and we spoke of the loyalty and commitment that both an Employee and Employer make to each other when embarking on an employment journey together. At Celsius we pride ourselves on not just staff longevity, but also Client longevity. Many of our very best Clients have been with us for over 10 years, we have grown with them as they have grown with us.

 

With respect to our team we have been able to offer significant career progression with no less than 8 partners across the various divisions and businesses and many more leaders. This very strong leadership group allows us to build on our entrepreneurial nature expanding our offering as we grow whilst maintaining a core set of family values with a hint of corporate structure.

 

We see Celsius as a place for staff to grow and become part of our extended family. We have employed many people based on just their drive and passion alone even if we didn’t have a position available at the time.

People often ask me where I am taking the business next and my response the past few years has been, ‘it’s not really up to me but rather our team’. For me, ensuring that our young business becomes multi-generational will epitomise the success of my career.

 

Celsius is a team first and foremost, no matter your role or division, you know you can count on anyone to give you a hand or advice without a second thought.  This kind of culture and camaraderie is hard to find in many companies today and hence one of the main reasons so many staff have been at Celsius for over 10 years or more.
