Champion Lakes land release sees 24 sales in 7 days

This month saw the release of Celsius Living’s second residential land subdivision. Following the successful completion of our Piara Waters subdivision, with final titles issuing this month, we were pleased to see a very strong response at Champion Lakes. Making the concerted decision to be well advanced with works onsite prior to release to ensure we are not selling land more than 6 months ahead of titles, local Buyers have secured 24 of the first 29 lots available in just one week. It is interesting to see a number of enquiries from our Piara Waters subdivision move across to Champion Lakes as affordability factors come into play.
