4 Downey Drive, Manning – Project Update January 2018
Its very pleasing to report that a great deal of progress has occurred onsite since our last update. The builder, Ventura ID, have taken possession of the site and construction has commenced. Prior to the Christmas break they managed to install the stormwater soak wells and undertake all of the plumbing, electrical, gas and telecommunication pre-lays. Once those items were completed, this allowed the slabs of the apartments and townhouses to be poured and the boundary brick fence to be erected. The slabs were then allowed to cure over the Christmas break.
Upon their return in the New Year, the bricklayers commenced onsite and as you can see from the photos they are progressing well with the ground floor of both the apartments and townhouses.
Construction is currently on schedule with practical completion anticipated for December this year.
