4 Downey Drive, Manning – Project Update March 2018
During March the first floor slabs for units 3, 4 & 5 were poured and they are now being left to cure for 21 days. The bricklayers completed unit 1’s walls, which also allowed unit 2’s slab to be poured, and that is now also curing.
Internally the electrical and plumbing contractors chased in all of their ground floor services. Once completed this allowed the plasters to complete their grey float coats.
Construction is still on schedule with practical completion anticipated for December this year.
