4 Downey Drive, Manning – Project Update September 2017
Over the preceding month, Celsius Developments has worked closely with its architect, engineers and consultants to finalise the working drawings for the development. We are aiming to have the working drawings completed and ready to issue for tender by the end of September.
The tender process should take approximately 3 weeks, and at its conclusion, a builder will be selected. We are still aiming for construction to commence in November.
In addition, we are continuing to work with Celsius Property to develop the marketing plan with the target of a mid October marketing launch.
