4 Downey Drive, Manning – Project Update November 2017
During the month of November we finalised analysing the tender submissions and we are pleased to report that Ventura ID have been appointed the builder.
Ventura ID are part of the Ventura Homes Group and are specialists in developing small to medium villa/townhouse projects and consequently are a perfect match for the Downey Drive development.
Once the builder was appointed we were able to apply for the building permit, which has now been granted. The building permit was the last hurdle we had to clear before construction could commence.
The site has now been handed over to Ventura and they have already cleared the site in anticipation of construction commencing this week.
We have also been working closely with Ventura’s design and colour team to put the final touches to both the internal and external colour schemes for the development. Attached is a draft 3D render which is 95% completed, a few minor tweaks still need to occur to some of the colours, but it gives you a good indication of the direction we are taking with the design.
