Recently, we caught up with new owners at The Fitz North Perth, to see how they were settling in to their new home and lifestyle. After living in their family home for over 30+ years, the transition seemed like a no-brainer for Brian and Margaret, who wanted lifestyle to determine where their next home was going to be.
Q: How was your general dealings through the Celsius process and can you tell us a little about the apartment you’ve just purchased?
The sales process was very Good, Olivia the sales agent was fantastic.
We looked at all the apartments in the market near West Leederville, Leederville and Mt Hawthorn, but in this particular area (The Fitz), the units were bigger and we like the format for the apartments.
We wanted the apartment to be ‘On the strip’ and would like ‘wings’ in terms of having the divided living spaces. Some apartments we viewed had only 1 bathroom and the rooms were smaller. The Fitz is well-planned and more spacious compared to the ones we looked at.
Most apartments that we looked at included facilities in the complex that led to higher strata fees. We wanted low fees and this was one of the many boxes we ticked at The Fitz.
Fantastic level of communication and flexibility with the handover of keys – ensuring a stress-free process when it came to moving in.
Q: Were you provided with additional Services/Information?
I was also quite taken with the incentives, such as the “Rent Try Buy.” But because we wanted the display apartment, this option wasn’t readily available but we knew we wanted this one. It was worth going through all the exercise in getting this apartment!
Q: Would you recommend this apartment to friends and family?
Yes, we have already spoken to a close friend at Church. She will definitely be a customer of Celsius.
