Despite a reasonably wet June, the builder still managed to make very good progress. Unfortunately they weren’t able to complete pouring the entire ground floor but they will have it completed by 5th July.
As each section of the ground floor slab is poured, the builder is following close behind and constructing the columns which will support the first floor suspended slab.
The focus next month will be to finish the remaining columns and then commence forming the first floor slab. The slab will be poured in two halves, with the target being by the end of the month to have the first half poured and the second half to be formed with it being poured in early August.
