During the month of September the builder was able to achieve its target of pouring the entire 2nd floor slab.
They have also been able to make good progress on forming up the first half of the 3rd floor slab, and by the time you read this update they will be well underway with forming up the 2nd half. The builder is aiming to have the entire 3rd floor slab poured by early October and the 4th floor slab poured by the end of October.
Internally, the props have been removed in the majority of the basement levels which has allowed the electrical and plumbing services installation to commence. The builder is also aiming to commence removing the ground floor props towards the end of October which will also allow service installation to commence on that level.
